North Cadbury has an award winning village shop, inn and magnificent church and grounds. There is also a regular bus service through the village to Yeovil in the south, to Shepton Mallet in the north. There are many lovely walks close by, and several long distance trails pass through the village, e.g. the Leland Trail, Macmillan Way, the Monarch's way. North Cadbury is also on the route of the South Somerset 80 mile cycle route - part of the sustrans network, route 30.
